When I heard about them rebooting Superman again I just shook my head at the fact that it was being done again. After watching the trailer I have to say that, unlike Superman Returns, this movie has caught my eye. The first feeling I get from the trailer is a very serious vibe. Which to me isn’t a bad thing because the movie focus’ on the struggle that Clark/Superman faces with his powers.

I have to say  that Zack Synder (Watchman, 300)  directing was a selling point for me. I’m a big fan of his work. Also David Goyer(Batman Begins, Blade) and Chris Nolan teaming up to write the story caught my interest. I think that what they did with the Batman Begins trilogy was outstanding. So I have a lot of faith in the story behind Man of Steel.

I’m not really familiar with Henry Cavill, but he seems believable in the trailer. I think the movies well casted for the most part.  Although I think I would have chosen someone else for the role of Lois Lane. I don’t know what it is about Amy Adams, she just doesn’t seem right for the role.

I’m actually excited for this movie to come out in 2013.
